Event details and entry file for our one day short course meet are now available. Due to take place on Saturday 21st September at Ponds Forge ISC, entries for this Level 3 meet are accepted on a first come first served basis so enter early to avoid disappointment.

Lily does it again!
Lily Cattlin continued her great form in the long distance events smashing again her own record in the under 15 girls long course 1500m freestyle. Her record time is now 18:52.76 and was achieved at the North East Regional Championships last weekend. Keep up the great work, Lily!
